GREENNOVATION is a pool of experts supporting startups and companies through their most critical technical challenges:

Each chemistry, effluent, and target application requires deep expertise to select, adapt, and optimize membranes.

Balancing hydraulics, electrochemistry, materials, and integration directly impacts performance, CAPEX, and OPEX.

OEMs promote their own equipment, while academic labs often move too slowly for industrial timelines.
When these challenges are not addressed early, projects face cost overruns, failed pilots, delayed scale-up, and lost years.
— slowing down the energy transition!

“Innovation only matters if it delivers real-world impact”
My name is Wendy! I’m a chemical engineer and PhD in Materials Science with 15+ years of hands-on experience in electro-membrane processes, spanning research, industrial R&D, and large-scale project execution.
My journey began at the Institut Européen des Membranes in Montpellier and continued through a PhD, and evolved into a decade in industry as an R&D and scale-up project manager, working on real industrial constraints: performance, reliability, cost, and timelines.
In 2024, I founded GREENNOVATION to give startups and innovators access to the kind of senior, independent expertise that is usually only available after many years of R&D.
Today, Greennovation operates as a network of experienced electromembrane and electrochemical experts, coordinated by me, combining:
Deep technical know-how
Industrial pragmatism,
A strong focus on impact, execution, and scalability
we accelerate electro-membrane innovation with independent expertise, testing, and sustainability at the core.

Technical consulting
Strategic and hands-on guidance on electromembrane R&D projects, stack and system design, OEM selection, pilot definition, scale-up strategy, and industrial readiness.
Greennovation holds an official CIR approval (agrément CIR) for R&D activities in France.

Training
Targeted workshops and technical training for decision-makers, R&D teams, engineers, and investors — grounded in real industrial case studies

Impact, LCA & Carbon Strategy
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and carbon accounting tailored to deep-tech startups and industrial players. Translating environmental results into technical decisions, investor-ready narratives, and impact metrics. Our approach is engineering-driven: LCA is not an afterthought, but a tool to guide design, scale-up, and deployment choices.
Our work is supported by trusted partners, institutions, and innovation ecosystems.
These collaborations reinforce our ability to support deep-tech companies with credible, independent, and execution-driven expertise, from R&D to industrial deployment.
